I’ve used these knives for several years now from skinning and quartering to caping heads out for euro mounts and I would hands down never use anything else to accomplish any of these tasks, these are the absolute best for intricate work to meat preparation for the freezer, whether it’s hanging up by the hind legs or you’re taking one apart on the cold hard ground. HEADS UP!, keep a box of band aids handy, just in case!

Great knife, stays sharp. 1 blade is good for a 2ish deer. Light and convenient if you keep it with you.
