This stand is very sturdy, I'm glad I didn't go with anything else. It's everything I need, and more. The fit is very snug with the grip on my riser, I ended up taking off the foam pads that are supplied. Sure, it's heavier than most others, but I'll take the extra weight for this kind of quality any day!
