Received solicitation for a review on an item I purchased that hasn’t even shipped yet 18 days after order was placed. Will update review if/when I receive item.

I ordered a flag like this the week before I placed this order. I liked the quality, color and texture of the first flag. So, I placed a second order 3 days later for 2 more flags. I ordered two very similar flags by mistake. I initially received NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After several attempts, over several days, I got assistance from another department, AFTER I had placed a 3rd order, with the correct flags. I eventually received a refund for the incorrect order, but it wasn't easy! I like the quality of the product but their "Customer Service" was VERY lacking.
