As you might guess I am not happy. I left several voice messages, multiple emails and none of them were returned. I did not receive any movement on shipping beyond the pre-shipping notice, until I started a complaint through pay source. Now I get shipping notices and this email. Why? This is not customer service by any stretch of the imagination. I only hope this is not standard fare, for your company.

Added A Lot To My Game

The coins are hefty and the designs on them are very clear. They haven’t scuffed so far. Out of the 80 coins I bought, 3 of them were misprints; one was a gold piece painted silver and two were more Roman looking in design. While that’s a little strange, it’s still far worth the expense as these are good quality and have made the table top games I a play a whole lot more enjoyable and dynamic.
