I bought the birthday necklaces for my daughter and myself. Love them! They are well made and beautiful!

Shipping issues, items not received, absolute headache

The necklaces themselves are pretty, but there were so many issues getting them. They weren't shipped for nearly two months until I contacted support. Then they sent three of the four necklaces. I asked them to ship the last necklace to the address I'd be at for Christmas, which they said they couldn't do. Lone behold they did ship it to that address, but only until after I left. I still don't have the last necklace, and these aren't cheap. They really need to fix their shipping process.
