The March Thirteenth Pendant

Very pretty!

I received my first necklace, and within 2 hours a stone had fallen out. I was quite taken back. I contacted the company immediately. They apologized and gave me 2 choices. I could return for a full refund, or I could return for a new necklace. I chose to get a new necklace because I really liked it and it represented my father, who passed away 5 years ago. The reason I am only giving them 4 stars is because, it cost me $9.90 to return the necklace. They offered NOTHING to compensate me. I'm dumbfounded that I had to pay to return a product that was faulty. I like my necklace, but all I do is check it constantly to make sure the stones haven't fallen out.
