Phenomenal rainbow holo!

I'm wearing this now over a purple creme, and it is A-MAZ-ING!!! Gives all other holo toppers a run for their money. By far the best I've tried, even better than other boutique brands with initials like HT and MC. If you want major big holo sparkle, this is what you need to use.
