Customer service was abrupt when I asked about delivery. Attitude was aggressive in writing and in person which came across as unprofessional. We were expecting delivery in 14 days and had to wait 6 weeks. As this was a recommendation from a friend we completed the transaction but will not be a return customers. The salt is good quality, and there was good communication once the delivery was ready hence the 3 stars

Salts had sediment in them which would collect at the bottom of the water softener once salt dissolved. After changing salt supplier no longer getting sediment buildup
