Love but earring backs are terrible

I am a regular customer at Local Eclectic, and I’ve never had an issue until these earrings. Sadly I lost one after only a week because the backs of the earrings are so loose! They kept coming off and luckily I had an extra from another pair of LE earring to replace one, but lost the other earring. Really disappointed considering they are solid gold. I will be rethinking purchasing from here again in the future because their FAQ says they will not replace missing items. Understandable in other cases, but in this scenario I lost the earring because the back fell off and considering I had them a week it’s clearly a quality issue.

These are beautiful with nice detail and comfortable to wear in my 2nd piercing. The color is more of a champagne gold, which I prefer over very, very yellow golds. The earrings are smaller than expected but are still really, really nice. I wish that there was an option to purchase a flat back over the traditional earring backing.
