Loved the quality, size, and mother of pearl color. Also loved that it has an extender to adjust the length of the beautiful chain. Packaging was nice, came in a very nice box with tissue. So happy with my purchase. Influencer on tik toc wears hers frequently, inspiring me to buy it!

It jus didnt look good. I returned it. the shope was way off and it just looked like a blob

I emailed customer service however I am still awaiting a response. I would like to do an exchange but when I try to file the link provided it does not reflect the original promo code I used on the order. Please advise.
