Had to cut the upper support to be anble to take the fill cap off

Not happy

I purchased an aluminum radiator for a jeep XJ. The first radiator I received began to leak almost immediately from all threaded connections once I fix that it began to leak from one of the tanks I was able to warranty the radiator however it cost me $30 and the radiator I received as replacement is also leaking at the tank. I’m very disappointed with the quality of champion radiators. I’m deciding on whether or not to try and warranty the radiator again and possibly get another faulty radiator at the cost of shipping and my time removing the radiator for a third time. I’ll probably go back to a stock aftermarket radiator. I also tried to warranty the second radiator, and the company I spoke with said they have no records of me warranting the first radiator, that frustrated me to the point where I may not even deal with it anymore and just call it a loss and throw it in the scrap pile.
