There should have been one included with the inline fuel pump system that I purchased. Also to try and collapse the fitting on the fuel tank requires so much pressure on the wrench it's hard to keep the fitting to sit flat on the tank so it makes a good seal. I gave up on it and went a different route. Will not work.
