Unless you are only going to ride on super smooth roads this is an absolute necessity. The wider seat and the suspension in both the seat and seat post absorb all the impacts that you would otherwise feel up your spine. My top recommended accessory!

Riding in comfort a plus

This seat was a must for me. I am older and this seat makes it easier to ride longer than the smaller seat. It also adds a little more spring and smooths the bumps out. Would purchase again
