Unless you are only going to ride on super smooth roads this is an absolute necessity. The wider seat and the suspension in both the seat and seat post absorb all the impacts that you would otherwise feel up your spine. My top recommended accessory!

I am visually impaired and this bike is great for my neighborhood shopping I am really enjoying the ride and the cargo package is enough to handle my grocery purchases
