TrekSafe Hardside Luggage Cover

I only used it once and when I went to retrieve my Luggage from baggage claim the cover was missing. I was informed by the airline they do not do claims for luggage covers. Briggs and Riley customer service sent me a replacement cover so hopefully I will get to try it again. The cover itself seems to be of good quality so fingers crossed for the next time.
