Hair falling out

i had the waves kit. My hair is bleached and trying to restore my waves/curls and used this and usually I get hardly any hair on my comb after showering. After usuing this I found more hair than usual was falling out. My hair felt drier, not very moisturizing. I don't plan on trying it again mostly d/t the hair coming out, I already have thinning issues. I would return it but you cannot return the kits.

I don’t feel like I’ve been getting any type of definition, my waves are immediately flat after I put all the steps and finish my routine. I really don’t understand what I’m doing wrong or if this doesn’t work for me but for the price I was expecting better results :(

Nice kit, I want to use it more to say my overall opinion

My curls were not in a very good shape and that's why I decided to buy that kit. After even the first use, I notice some changes in my hair, but one thing I don't like at this point is that my hair lacks volume. I need to figure out how to properly use these products for better results. Overall I would suggest you give it a try and see if these products work for you!
