Customer service was terrible. They never sent out the product and didn’t tell me. In fact blamed my missing package on the fact I didn’t pay for shipping insurance… Took 2 weeks to solve and I had to call USPS on my own to open a case and figure out that they didn’t ever send a package, they just created a label. Only once I asked if they were purposefully being fraudulent did someone finally respond saying my color was out of stock and they never fulfilled my order. Absolutely the most unprofessional exchange. They don’t even have a phone number. Buy elsewhere.

They’re ok. I’ve bought from other brands before that were better quality. They easily tangle and frizzed right out of the bag in the southern heat. The color match is pretty. Also wish there were some 1 clip wefts to help blend front of hair better. Prob won’t purchase again :confused:
