Pallares - Kitchen Knives

Amazing! Service was incredible love you guys loads.

The knife is great. Buying experience wasn’t. First I was accused to have chosen wrong postage. I am purchasing knife so it should automatically select correct postage. Then I had to pay for correct postage since apparently I selected wrong postage (interestingly I have added knife into basket and progressed with all the steps to order, even had to confirm I am over 18 years of age). I then had to pay again to have this delivered to me as no person under 18 can collect parcel. All in all postage costed more than knife. If it wasn’t Father’s Day present requested I would have cancelled my order.
