Veils are nice but difficult business to work with

I like the veils I have but most don’t stay too well even with the fixing comb. I have five. I wanted to exchange one after I saw it was not the color I expected. Their company email does not work and I had to find them on instagram. They take awhile to respond and agreed to the exchange, but I shipped my totally untouched item back on my own cost, after sharing pictures of the veil and packing method. By that point, I decided I just wanted a refund, and they said no because I had already decided on an exchange. Mind you, they did not process the new item, they just don’t want to give me a refund even though their policy states otherwise. I will not be ordering from them again.
