The plastic piece inside the lid to “cork” the bottle before first use was too small causing it to leak within the bag it was wrapped in. That plastic bag was also too small causing 2 of the corners to rip, allowing a small amount of the spilled liquid to leak out of the bag during shipment. Product works well although the scent is not my favorite.

It works well but the lavender fragrance isn’t my most favorite. Hopefully they’ll make more fragrances like fig or citrus.
