I love all the different situations and details he goes through, it really helped close up some holes in my game that I hadn't seen before. I absolutely recommend this for anyone who wants to improve their bodylock, and also other options that pair well with the bodylock.

An encyclopedia on butterfly guard passing

Shawn is detailed, but concise. I was expecting a pure bodylock instructional, but this is so much more. Shawn goes over a number of other passes as well and shows numerous ways to pass the butterfly and half butterfly guards. There is a lot of unique info I haven't seen anywhere else.
