I work in the Pacific with adult leaders. We meet across the year to facilitate leadership development. ECD is a cornerstone of our programme. We utilise the cards and various canvases to encourage human conversations and insights right across the spectrum- whether the topic is Org Culture, future scenario planning, understanding-self or as prompts and levers for difficult conversations. We encourage participants to also utilise the cards within their own teams, families and communities and have seen remarkable downstream ripples from this.

I requested a rush order of additional cards to accommodate a larger group for a 3-day Strategy Activation Workshop. The team sprang into action immediately and I received my cards in just 4 days from NZ to Northern California, USA! Thank you Jeremy and team for all your help. The session went well and I have received requests for follow-up sessions!
