I apologize that I lack the communication skills required to put the amazingness of this reel into tangible words….. every details is perfect… I love the drag, I love th handle I love the weight system…it looks amazing and I love being able to spin it for quick line pick up. You get what yuo pay for and more!

Diamondback Gen IV Rod and Ideal Nymph Reel
First off, this company has some of the best customer service! They replied quickly to my submission regarding an issue with my reel not engaging properly and my rod tip breaking. I got my parts within a week and was back out on the river fishing! Highly recommend their Gen IV euro rod and reel!

The Gen-IV 10' 3 Weight: A Great Multi-Tool
The rod to do it all. I've used this for tight-line micro leader nymphing, fished it with a mono rig and jig streamers and cast a dry dropper and it never misses a beat. Terrific sensitivity when you fish small nymphs but enough backbone to muscle a fish out of a logpile when it eats your streamer while still affording you the ability to cast a line when fish start rising. The first rod I pick up when I head to the creek.
