Refill Adapters for use in Slim Switch pen

Works well with my standard length Slim Switch pen to use Parker-style refills. If you work the plastic space pen adapter hole open with a safety pin, you can slip the adapter pin in and use 0-g space pen refills. Very handy!

A must if you like Parker refills!

I have had the slim short for years and wanted to make my full sized compatible with the same refills. Works flawlessly and now I don’t have to worry about a Pilot leaking as I work on my feet a lot.

Works well with standard length pens and Parker-style refills (Uni Jetstream is my choice).

Great product - works well with the standard TT pens. I am using them on both bolt action and switch pens.
