I’m very pleased with the overall purchase and delivery process. The website communication (even including a message that they were closed for Thanksgiving) and education of the products uses and features are very thorough. Emails keep me updated on the progress of my orders. Shipping is prompt and each order has contained exactly what I ordered. Products are quality. Would love to see an increase in product offerings such as decorations simply because their service is so good and can be trusted. I would certainly consider those to in my purchase selections.
