Shipping was quick and the sales team was very helpful with the process and worked me through my difficulties as they definitely valued my business and wanted to create a positive relationship for future purchases. That being stated the Non Dimmable LED's were significantly dimmer than the dimmable version (had a box of multi-color to compare to); I thought I compared them but perhaps I missed the luminosity during my research. The color, however, was quite rich and if you are looking for a bulb that has the brightness of a flicker bulb without the flicker then this is the item for you. I contacted sales and they have given me an exchange number so will be swapping for the dimmable version.
