Great customer service

I really like the filters and have done a lot of research to finally end up with Survivor Filter products. I was looking at more expensive products but they didn't stack up in a number of categories. I needed to contact customer service because I received the first shipment of a large order that didn't contain everything in the order and I thought it was the only shipment. They responded immediately and answered all my questions. As it turned out I was short a couple items and they immediately shipped replacements. I will definitely be purchasing more from them. I always buy directly from their website and will continue to do so.

Revised water Storage.

I will still carry metal utensils to boil in. This year I will experiment with These canteens as an alternate water storage.
