Yellow lights are hard to see as yellow no matter how they are used. The lights are yellow and are of a great quality. All the strands showed up functional and all the bulbs were in tact. Great product in you're looking for yellow lights. I was trying to do a Purple/Gold motif...but the yellow was close enough.
