100-bulb Purple Mini Lights, 2.5" Spacing, Green Wire

There's purple and there is purple.

As purple lights go, I honestly believe they missed the color mark as the lights are more in the burgundy color spectrum than a deep/rich purple that I was after or was expecting. Aside from color, the lights are well made, all the bulbs were intact and functional. I've attached two photos. One of the "purple and yellow" lights as installed on a column and what purple lights are supposed to look like. One of these photos is not like the other.......
