Excellent customer service

Unfortunately the keyring arrived scratched. However within 48hours a replacement had arrived. Great quality product.

Low quality, wouldn’t buy again

Low quality - the ‘daddy’ writing writing was bent around the strap and not even folded in the correct place, was folded on DAD-DDY. The strap doesn’t look good quality either. I didn’t wait to give this for Christmas I’ve just given it now as I’m so disappointed with it I’ve had to order something else
