Excellent Customer service

I purchased a Cincha Travel Belt for my wife. Due to a strike with Canada Post, it wasn’t delivered in time for Christmas. It was sitting in the shipper’s warehouse. I ordered another but pointed out the issue. Cincha immediately credited the original and stated that if it went through, it would be free. This is on top of an excellent product that my wife loves.

The perfect solution

I have a carry-on travel bag that I love and it's literally perfect for me. The exception is it does not have a sleeve to pull the bag over luggage. It's annoying because I had to carry it through the airport rather than being able to put it on top of my husband's carry-on, which is on wheels. For This reason I purchased several new bags but ended up returning them all because they were not nearly as good as my bag. Then I came across Cincha! Problem solved! I've now taken several flights using it and it is so easy and holds my bag completely in place over my husband's bag. Now I can walk freely through the airport. I'm so grateful for this product. It is sturdy and strong, and looks wonderful!
