The only reason this bundle is getting 4 stars is due to there not being any instructions for all the items (divine iron, and baby boom). Every item in the bundle was packaged with care. Each item was individually wrapped in bubble wrap as the lotion was packed with a cool pack to help keep its form. The teas were packed in reusuable glass jars. I want to know if i can blend the teas when brewing, should I consume one during my cycle or not, and is there a time of day recommended that I should consume the teas.
