Love the artwork, but disappointed the white matte shown online wasn’t offered

I recently purchased three framed art pieces, and while I absolutely love the artwork itself, I was disappointed with the framing options. The website displays the artwork with a white matte, which was the exact look I wanted, but that option was apparently not available when ordering. I paid extra to have them framed, so it was frustrating to receive frames that don’t really match the aesthetic shown online or what I expected for the price. The framing quality is alright, but not worth the added cost in my opinion. Unfortunately, I’ll now have to pay again to have all three pieces reframed so I can achieve the look I originally wanted. I would definitely recommend purchasing the artwork unframed and having it custom framed yourself if you’re particular about presentation and matting options.

I love these pieces and the quality. But I was upset to notice the flowers and dresigns are duplicated and flipped. Somewhat ruined the art for me seeing the flowers aren’t all uniquely made.
