Extremely Effective
I use my phone much less. My productivity has increased, my energy is way up, I can't lazily grab my phone for cheap dopamine anymore. If you are ADHD, this will help you a lot. It's like transporting back to the 90s when you survived without phones. You can do it, it'll be just fine. I may get the bigger size for other vices.

The Mindsight lockbox is a game changer. I thought I might just use it occasionally, but since the day I got it, I now can't imagine living without it.
Not only do I lock up my phone during the night to remove the temptation of using it before, during, or right after I get up, it's made things like work-from-home, movies, video games, or game nights with my roommate a more focused experience. The adjustable settings and specificity with the lock duration is excellent. Any occasion can instantly be made more present and meaningful.
I love that I could directly order from Mindsight and not have to involve or give money to Amazon. For $45 it's a great product that I believe everyone should have. I will be ordering another soon.
