Sander arrived damaged. Bought it for my dad who assuming it would be fine ripped the box before throwing it away so we couldn’t use it. Company unresponsive after responding to the first email. No help on chat and phone number was a dead line. Went through my PayPal and can’t return without the box.. fair enough as we didn’t have it but not reason for lack of communication when you need help from the company.
