AUS-8 Meat Cleaver

The photos on the website don't do it justice - it's awesome!!!

I picked this cleaver to purchase and on the CAB website it only showed the cleaver, but when I got it (and the shipping was FAST!) I was surprised to see that it came in its own custom, felt-lined magnetic closure case. Plus on the inside cover there is an illustration of the cleaver depicting the outstanding features and a writeup about this knife. The blade is of very high-quality forged steel polished to a brilliant shine. And the weight - it's very heavy, another sign of a truly excellent tool to use in your kitchen. We'll never have to buy another meat cleaver again!
