A quality product, the knurled thumb-wheel (?), which you use to tighten the unit to the camera hot shoe is oversized. That is very nice as it allows you to easily and confidently attach it. But not too oversized such that it is in the way. Customer support was exceptional, I needed the shorter length (it was available in 2.5 and 3.5 inch lengths), but they shipped the longer length in error. When I notified them they sent the correct length promptly at no charge and said “just keep the longer length as well”.
