In this instructional Rafael Lovato goes through his system of guard retention. I like he has really distilled everything into a efficient system, without sacrificing details. You don't need to watch tens of hours of content like some other instructionals, but you get a complete system of guard retention in an efficient way. I have been able to implement the concepts immediately in my training and it has made a huge difference in my quard retention.
