My calves are so happy!

Excellent shipping - my boots arrived in the US very quickly and in great condition. The boots are lovely - nice leather, nice look, but the best part is that they fit my calves! It is such a lovely feeling to be able to zip up a pair of boots without a struggle. This particular pair is a bit snug in the toe box but other than that, they are a perfect fit. I am delighted and will probably buy another pair in a different style and/or color. Thanks DuoBoots team!

Great website and really beautiful boots. I have big calves and this is the only place I could find that really does bespoke boots to fit any leg shape.

Not for wide feet

I was so excited to find a brand that provided custom calf measurements. I followed the tutorials and figured out my shoe and calf size. When my boots came, they fit well in the calves and I liked the quality and equestrian style. But, they were sooooo narrow! I have medium-wide feet and my toes were cramped and rubbing on the side of the boot. Unfortunately I had to return. I’m surprised and disappointed that for a company built on customization, there were no customization options for shoe width. I emailed customer service and was told all of their styles over a certain size (I can’t remember which, but it was pretty large) automatically came in wide width. Maybe instead of assuming your customers’ shoe width, you should let them choose? Or at least make it clear on the product page so I don’t have to lose $20 returning boots I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place had I known they were narrow.
