Mindfulness box
I had never come across this technique before and was curious how it would be. It has something very grounding to it, painting with your fingers. My five year old was inspired by the picture of the box and tried to replicate it. He had a fun with it but think he will enjoy it even more when he’s a bit older. For now it will be my little mindfulness box.
