OEM bar tape was wearing out. Nastro Cuscino 3. 75 is thick, stretchy and long enough to install with a figure-8 at the hoods. The thicker tape creates slightly more bar-top surface area and a little more cushion. The grey color looks good on an otherwise all black bike. So, it looks good, feels good, and seems sturdier than other tapes I’ve used. So far, so good. Time will tell how durable it is and whether it’s worth the elevated price.

Favorite bar tape
It's the very, very best there is. Mine has no wear showing after 5,000 hard miles, but I buy another kit every time it goes on sale. I even re-wrapped my Zwift Ride with it. Once you try this you won't need another. The 3. 75 is very generous and cushy. You could probably use the 2. 5 and be fine. The 3. 75 feels like 2 layers of normal tape. It helps soak up road buzz beautifully.

Tacky In A Good Way
The tape gives good grip on the bars when hands are gloveless hands and sweaty. It's comfortable, looks and feels good. It wraps well and Josh's installation video makes the job less stressful, if like me you're cackhanded. Only loses 1 star as I haven't put enough time in on it to test its durability.
