The Halley ribbed tank is lovely. The fabric is particularly noteworthy. It’s soft and substantial, and does not pill. The ruching adds a flattering element.

I’m a Michael Stars fanatic- all my tees & tanks are this brand. That said, the Halley is my favorite tank. The cotton quality is great. The neckline is perfect alone or layered. I wear one of these tanks almost every day - it’s definitely all-weather. Alone on hot days or workouts or layered under other pieces on cold ones.
