Knee High Boots

Love my boots!

Received my boots 2 months ago and they are now a staple in my wardrobe. They were uncomfortable to wear in at first, but as I got over that they are now really comfortable. Lots of people have commented on them and can't believe they are vegan!

Boots did not fit and had problems returning them

Tried to return boots for a bigger size as too small,but instead same boots returned to me.I had to return same boots twice,so gave up.Poor system of returns.

Never arrived

According to picture sent by the postman these were left in my bin outside of the property. I live on a busy high street and am overlooked by the park. Over a month after purchase and 2 emails to the Wills Vegan Shoes team I still haven't received a reply. Not a replacement not a refund. It's extremely disappointing as these are PRICEY. Hopefully they will reach out now after I've posted a review...
