Absolutely love these boots. Five stars! Stylish and smart, really lovely with jeans and skirts, very comfortable, very good fit, lovely quality and, above all, they are vegan! Marvellous.

A good pair of plain ankle boots

Astonishingly quick delivery. The boots are fine, as shown in the pictures, but the description says: "Full length YKK zippers on both sides to easily slip on and off". In fact, only the inner zip functions: the outer zip cannot be unzipped and appears to be for decoration only. Your description is therefore misleading. It's OK, I don't want to send them back (unless my pair has suffered a manufacturing fault?), but they are not as easy to take on and off as I'd hoped. When people are buying online like this, it's so important to get these things right, as the pictures and description are all that customers have to go on, so if it's misleading there's a greater risk of needing to return an item. Thank you.
