your staff did a fine job talking me through options. However, the rack sent was not what was promised and has been returned. You then did send a rack that was supposed to fit, but it was about 3/4" too short. Thank you, Too bad! Enough. I kept it and I am using it for any food contact on top of the old rusty old original one. You have a nice group and nice selection, just poor detail follow up. Hugh
