Still Walking
I have always been a walk and carry guy. Had spinal fusion surgery and carrying a bag was no longer possible. Purchased a refurbished Q Follow cart. Love it. Now I can keep walking. Thanks Stewart.

Been waiting for a long time!
I've been eyeing the Follow for a long time and I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger. Cart works great; it's amazing to walk the course whenever I go. Easy to transition from follow mode to the others...absolutely love it!

So thankful, worth the rate
I purchased a lesser electric remote push cart a couple of years ago. It was just OK -- but as it turns out I got what I paid for. As it began failing in several ways, I started saving my money because I knew I wanted a better caddie. So, as I saved my money, I did LOTS of research. Finally, I saved enough to get a refurbished. I prayed whether to save more or go ahead and get the refurbished model. Well, my battery on my first caddie was stolen. So, I went ahead and pulled the trigger to get the Stewart Q Follow Refurbished model with the 36 hole battery. The remote took a little getting used to as it was different from my previous caddy. It allows for two speeds if you are manually controlling the caddy. I knew I wanted to be able to use the remote feature at times because my home course has some narrow bridges and did not want to take chances on the caddy falling. But once I started to use the follow-me feature, I was hooked. IT follows so well, I have not been fearful at all of the caddy going off the path. It follows 4-6 feet behind. It never doesn't work for me. I never hit stop on the remote. I take the remote off my belt and place the remote on the caddy and the caddy stops. Then, after hitting my shot, I take the remote and clip back to my belt. It has become a simple routine. It is amazing never having to look back over my shoulder, worrying that the caddy is not following. It works every time. The battery has survived up to 45 holes on a single charge. Once realizing that, I charge the battery after every use because it is simple to do so. It pops right out of the caddy to be charged and easily pops right back in. I also purchased a high-powered, compact air blower/fan, to clean the cart after every round. I plan to keep this caddy for a long time and want to make sure I keep it in great condition, as I walk 9 holes every morning as my prayer / exercise time, on my way to the office. The only thing to complain about is that there are some times that it is difficult to press the notch that allows for unfolding of the caddy into position. Sometimes, it feels stuck and you don't want to bang on the notch (3 inch round button) because you don't want to break it. I am researching ways to see if there are lubricants that are safe to lose that may help make pressing the button easier. After two weeks of using, I highly recommend. Also, I want to comment about how great the customer service is with Stewart. They were professional, courteous, patient, and helpful. Thank you for making this purchase a guilt-free purchase. They know it is a big purchase and they don't take it lightly and want the golfer to have the best experience with their product that is possible. They make that very clear. Thank you Stewart Golf.
