Feeding jar -part of Rotary cheese grater

Satisfied with this purchase.

Our first feeding jar had broken after many uses so we needed a replacement. Ordering was easy and it arrived well wrapped. My only complaint, and it is minor, the part did take about two weeks to arrive at my house. I emailed customer service to check on it and they responded back to me immediately (which I appreciated. )

I love the grater & needed to replace the jar which the replacement part came broken. But another was sent after notifying them. The Geedel cheese grater is much better quality than others on the market.

I emailed 3 times. Never received replacement product. poor customer service!!
