This is a solidly built, high quality instrument.
The finish is perfect.
It looks, sounds and plays beautifully.
I'm still in the earliest stages of learning the instrument. But as someone who's played guitar for over 50 years and built them for about 15, I know a quality stringed instrument when I see one.
I've been subscribed to the Eastwood newsletter for quite a while, but this is my first hands on experience with one of their products.
I've always had a soft spot in my heart for the cheesy imported guitars of the 60s and 70s, and I became interested in Eastwood because they make a lot of reboot models based on those but put together with playability and reliability of today's better guitars.
Based on this mandocello I might end up buying a few more guitars from Eastwood.
They make some nice stuff.
