It's kind of cute but definitely not worth it
While it's nice to see R2-D2 come to life, this kit is definitely overpriced for what it is. It's not very well thought and, most importantly, some of the wires are visible!! Given the price tag, I would have expected to get some extra pieces that would allow for a neat installation and, more importantly, nothing would be visible from outside. Unfortunately this is not the case and you have, in some spots, a red and black wire that is definitely visible.

Brings R2D2 to life
Takes a little time to install the light and sound system but once completed and turned on it is fantastic! My friends and family love it. The lights are great and the sound is just like you hear in the Star Wars movies. Truly brings R2 to life.
Impressed with this company also. Delivery and regular communications were excellent.
