A Working Unit Is Great — Getting One Took Effort

Replacing a module that had reached end‑of‑life should have been simple, but the new one arrived defective. Because FoxAlien only sells the module as a full kit, I had to buy accessories I already own, and support still ran through the full “are your settings correct” and “send us a video” routine through multiple rounds of emails before finally acknowledging the hardware failure. The replacement works properly — it just took more effort than it should have to get a working unit.
